This was a custom project interpreting The Great Wave off Kanagawa by Hokusai for a private residence, using all Japanese Fujiwa tile, with my mosaic partner Luz Mack.

One of my all time favorite projects was creating this series of native California butterflies for a private residence. They later added a butterfly garden and the mix of mosaic and real butterflies in space was magical.
